Within the framework of the Study on Gender Equality in Vocational Training in Central America and the Dominican Republic, demonstrated between the months of June and November 2020, vocational training institutions were shown to identify and describe good practices developed to seek equality in the access, permanence and graduation of women in the different education and training services offered. A total of 7 practices are reported here, which were also shared with all the institutions during virtual work sessions held during the research process and which are summarized below.
