Study on gender equality in vocational training: Central America and the Dominican Republic

In order to support the Network of Vocational Training Institutions of Central America and the Dominican Republic to meet these challenges in the best way, the ILO carries out this study, which analyzes the status of gender equality in access, permanence and graduation of women and men in the offer of training and vocational training services and opportunities for improvement and horizontal cooperation are pointed out.
