From 8 to 12 July, the International Training Center (ITCILO) will run the course “International Labor Standards for Magistrates, Jurists and Law Scholars” in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The course, which will examine international labor standards as a resource to strengthen national jurisprudence on labor issues, will bring together judges and magistrates (especially those responsible for labor justice), labor lawyers, law scholars and legal advisers from workers’ and employers’ organizations in Latin America.
With a focus on South-South Cooperation (SSC), the course participants will have the opportunity to share the subregional and bilateral cooperation good practices implemented by their institutions. In addition, participants will be invited to reflect on the possibilities of cooperation with other institutions in the region.
