The Annual Project Steering Committee Meetings of the ILO–China South-South Partnership Programme on Skills Development, as well as Social Protection and South-South were held on 12 Feb. 2026. Mr. Ma Hezu, DDG of International Cooperation Department, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) of China highly recognized the achievements of the project. Mr. Tuomo, Deputy Regional Director, ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific also made remarks. Project manger Mr. Tian Feng introduced the progress last year and participants discussed the further steps. Ms. Anita Amorim, Head of ESPU moderated the meeting on behalf of PARTNERSHIPS, the ILO. Mr. Jiang Wei, DDG of International Cooperation Department, MOHRSS also attended the meeting. Teams from Social Protection and Skills South-South Projects were present and shared their good practices.
